We've been doing private transport and delivery for over 4 years and are expanding our business. My brother and I started this company as a family operated, Veteran owned, business focusing on expedited delivery and private animal transportation across North America. Our main focus is door-to-door ground transport for all pet sizes and breeds and “Flight Nanny” services for smaller breeds.

Our single focus is the safe and timely transportation and reunification of your pet. We offer VIP (Single Animal), door-2-door, ground transportation and Escorted Flight Services (checked baggage and cargo) for large breeds. For smaller breeds and cats (under 20 lbs.), we offer ground transportation and "Flight Nanny" (in cabin) services. If you have multiple pets, we offer family ground transportation.

We are a pet family (3 dogs, 4 cats and 2 ferrets) so we understand the care and importance of treating your family member like one of our own. From time of booking until delivery, we provide regular communication and updates to give you peace of mind. Here are some of the basic offerings with all of our services:
We will require a health certificate (for international and interstate transport) and vaccination record for each pet. The health certificate must be dated no more than 10 days prior to your pet's travel date. This health certificate can be provided by your Vet.
Upon confirmation of your pets transportation booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the transportation fee (50% for Flight Nanny services). The remainder of the transportation fee is due before, or at time of pick-up. If you are a breeder, please contact us for exclusive payment arrangements.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, eCheck, and Paypal.
Cancelation Policy: If cancelled within 72 hours of transport date, $250 of deposit plus fees and/or expenses (i.e., Airline Tickets, credit card fees) are non-refundable if not re-booked for travel within 90 days of original travel date. Any additional costs incurred (i.e., Ticket Change Fees, difference in air fare) are due at time of re-booking.
Prior to 72 hours of transport, a cancellation fee of $150 will be incurred plus any processing fees and/or expenses already incurred are non-refundable.
